Brand New in the box, just ended up changing directions with my build.
No valves/or springs

Do these have bronze or powdered metal guides?

Are they straight from Tooley, TFS, or TEA?

bronze guides.
i bought mine through a local friend of mine (he’s a Dealer for Holley, BTR, Callie’s ect) so probably tooley more than likely.
