Default 243 heads
From a generation 4 5.3L they're cathedral port. Both heads in excellent condition about 180k on the clock sitting on a running engine at the moment. Previous owner installed a new engine for 0 miles on his truck. Asking 300 local pickup (will leave attached to engine) or 415 shipped continental US. That price covers shipping and materials and PayPal fees.
