oem ss hood
Yea guys $850 my be a little steep for a used hood, but you can't even get close to one at a dealer for that price. I have a red 98 car that I crashed and I bought a 100% brand new hood from a dealer about 2 years ago that came in a slp box and all, I got it at dealer cost through a buddy $1650.00. Retail was $2400.00 and now I have heard they are not makeing them anymore but not sure if there is any truth to that. Oh and before everyone starts giving me crap about spending that kind of green on a hood, I will say now I agree it is crazy to pay that for a hood but it was a clean low mileage car that I wanted put back right. If 400-500 is what you want to spend I can most likely round up about a million cheap reproduction look-a-like piles of crap on just about every v-6 car in my town. Bottom line is $850 is a lot to drop for a hood when there are plenty of nice aftermarket pieces out there for less money, but if you want a good oem hood from me it is $850.00.
