i have a white one from a 2000 trans am.. its on good condition no tears or anything. can do 100.00 for the bumper and 75.00 to ship it... the only way to ship it is greyhound bus... i have done a few of them and by far the cheepest... i just find the closest greyhound bus station by u.. and ship it there and when it comes in.. they call u and you have to go pick it up.. thats it..
