It's unlocked for THAT Tuner and his serial number. It will not be unlocked for anyone else. Do your research first. And $450 is the going price. You will still need to buy 2 credits for your car. IMO just buy the Pro outright. It's $649 and you get 8 credits ($400). If you tune 4 other cars right after you get it and charge $200-250. You made your money back and some. I tune about 1-2 cars a week on the side. Do your research and get back to us.
If you're still looking I have HP Tuner VCM Suite Pro, it has two available credits left on it. I'll sale it to you for 400$ plus shipping. I was going to try and use/understand it but i don't have time between family, school, work.
