Wanted: Junk LS1 or LS6 block I bought a very nice low mileage LS6 bare block from a serviceman in Ft. Hood. He got deployed a day or two after the sale. Unfortunately, UPS managed to drop the block and tear off a nice corner of the transmission mating surface along with the starter mounting area. I've got no recourse with UPS because the sender is no longer stateside. I'm looking for a block that someone grenaded so I can cut off that piece and weld it on the LS6 block. Preferably in the Southwestern part of the US.
