Drivers Side Throttlebody Coolant Hose If anyone is parting out a car, or doesn't need this tube let me know. 
Its the coolant line that comes off the drivers side of the thottlebody and attaches to the T.

jcash, yes, it is rather short some where between 4-6" I'd say, but I've always been bad at estimating lengths. Yep, came off the TB and went to a T junction for the heads.
