WTB: PCV fitting for 98 LS1 valve cover

WTB: PCV fitting for 98 LS1 valve cover I need the fitting that goes into the the rear driver side valve cover. Mine is broken. It's gm part #12557672 but they are not available anywhere that I've looked.
