I don't think Comp Cams makes a 1.75:1 rocker. They do make 1.85:1 rockers, though. SLP and Harland Sharp both make 1.8:1 units.

actually they do make a 1.75 rocker that is completely adjustable here is a link to thunder racing. they have them and are a fairly reasonable price for adjustable rockers:
