I'm in need of a short block - don't need heads, oil pan, pump, covers, etc. Would prefer a 99+ LS1, but open to converting to a 6.0 if price is right. Willing to drive up to 6 hours from 14108. Price depends on condition - maybe $300-$500 for a short block that should have new bearings before using up to $1000 max for one that is low mileage/rebuilt.

I have a 2004 6.0L shortblock in Rochester that I am thinking of selling. I was told it had 80k miles when I bought it, but can't confirm. I bought it from a trustworthy local LS1 buddy. It has the truck pan on it (included), but no cam or lifters. It also includes both the rear cover, timing cover, and valley cover. $475 picked up.
