6.0 Shortblock 243/799 heads

Looking to see if anyone has a good 6.0 shortblock or longblock. I am also looking for a set of 243/799. Stock equipment is really what Im looking for due to being a budget build

If you find a block and crank I have reconditioned rods and pistons with new rings for 200 bucks so get ARP Rod bolts and you'll be good to go RPM wise!
