My motor blew up in my 01 TA, #6 piston disintegrated and knocked a hole in the block cylinder wall.

I have a spare 02 LS1 long block that was pulled and replaced by a LS6 but the LS1 did have 130k so before putting it in, I feel like it needs to be gone through. So gasket set, ring kit.. Whatever.

I have been planning to swap to 6 speed forever bc I can't stand the 3600 stalled 4L60E I had in the car, it was built to handle my built engine it just wasn't fun to drive with the stall.

I have everything I need for the 6 speed swap minus the actual trans, bellhousing and a decent clutch.

I am located in S.C. and I will go ahead and say I can't afford a $2000+ trans, so I am looking for a deal. I miss my car so bad but I do have a family to feed.
