Anything to Power Up my 6.0
I've got a stock LQ4 6.0 in my 69 C10 2wd.
I need more power and cheap!
What ya got?! PM me please.
Cam options welcomed, especially with supporting parts (hardened pushrods, springs, etc)
Head options welcomed also especially if cam is included.
I may even consider turbo setups.

I have a set of fresh ported and milled 862s(59cc) (with enlarged intake valves and PSI 1511 beehives) that would get your compression back up from those dished pistons. $800 + shipping.
Also both stock LS1 and LS2 cams that would really wake things up affordably for $50 and $75 respectively.
Lastly, a STS rear-mount turbo setup that came off of a SSR truck. Likely would fit a C10 pretty well with adjusting the length of a few pipes...Muffler shop stuff not fab shop stuff I think. Rear-mount so you aren't trying to cram a bunch of hot stuff under the hood. $1600 + shipping.
Or if you want to go *****-out and have some hankering to put together a kit, I have 2x brand new 60mm Ceramic Ball Bearing Turbos from On3 for $1000 shipped to you. Retail is $689/ea.
Basically bought a RCSB 03 Truck and was planning some or all of this for it and fell in love with a C10 4x4 with a 383...So one of my projects is taking a step back in time for a little while, technologically.
If any of that sounds good to you let me know.
Thanks

Just realized I wasn't even subscribed to my own thread somehow. Turbos sounds like a ton of fun, but I'm literally redoing the whole truck right now, most of it is new to me....so adding the extra work of complicated hotside and cold side welding scares me from the fun of a turbo. Thanks for the ideas here guys, keep 'em coming.
