Failed Emissions: Need air injection
Get a 2002 pcm and tell them you've updated to a newer engine. 2002 didn't have EGR. HC may have something to do with the current tune or engine condition. Some times it's just dependant upon your driving style just prior to testing. Highway miles that heat the convertor up really good usually fixes that. Most states don't do a rolling dyno test on OBDII engines, just plug in the OBDII connector in the vehicle and check for SES codes is all they do here in TX.

They scanned it and saw the SES light, and they saw the missing pump and EGR equip. I made it really fat for N2O but I can use my HP Tuners to change that. I'm going to borrow a guy's hardware and take another shot at it.

Again, I have everything but the AIR injection pump and the tube that goes from the exhaust manifold to the intake manifold. What type of intake manifold do you have on the car? If you have a LS6 with no provisions for EGR, then you're not going to be able to hook up EGR without drilling the intake. Same goes for the FAST. If your car is an '01-'02 model, then you wont need it at all, just the AIR injection.
