You can check ebay, there is a seller on there that sells them painted at around 350.

Hey, I have a black factory SS spoiler with new LED bar and everything. I am trying to get what I paid out of it. I paid 350 shipped so I'm just trying to get that out of it. There are a few small chips but it's repairable. I doubt you'd be interested, but just throwing it out there
