something cheap set of 4 tires can be bald or no tires at all does not matter

I have a complete set of stock Pontiac 16x8 5 stars (silver) from my 2000 Formula in excellent condition with almost brand new 245-60-16 Mastercarft Avengers includes lug nuts/locks and center caps $450 takes them
