WTB 10 bolt 3 channel axles

I'm looking for a single 3 channel axle for a 10 bolt or a set would be fine.
I just purchased 2
4 channel axles by mistake. They are up for sale.

Are the axles the same, just the 4 channel has the rings on it? Or are they two different things.
