Default Seat wiring harness GM pn 12177553

I ordered this through GMPartsDirect.com and the order was canceled by them due to "cancelled part on backorder no eta".

Does anyone have this part available ( 12177553 )? Sponsors and private sellers are welcome.

In a nutshell, I have an 01 Formula with factory power driver (no lumbar) and full manual passenger and have purchased leather seats with power lumbar for a swap. I need the harness/adapter that will provide power.

From the aforementioned thread, the adapter is p/n 12177553 and looks like this:
