Sumitomo tires are the only ones that will fit your budget, but shipped to Bahrain is another story.

I had Fuzion ZR-i tires on my car and I was very happy with them... available at Tire Rack for $111 apiece. They are summer rubber, though, so if you want something all season keep looking. I'll be making the switch to Nexen N3000 tires when my new wheels arrive in a day or two, I'll post up a review once I drive on them in some different weather conditions.
