Default ford 5.0 problem

Hey every body, I have a 5.0 question I would like to run past every body becuase im just lost.
1993 mustang gt, started out as a rear main leak that killed the clutch. Plulled the trans replaced the clutch and lifted the motor to replace the rear main and the pan gasket. With the motor up we decided to replace the cap/ rotor/plugs/wires. Got the clutch in went to start the car and it would not start. The intake says HO on it so we used the ho firing order, 13726548. after numerous attempts we tried the no ho firing order 15426378 the car ran very poorly. Upon inspection the plugs were all fuel soaked and the pcv valve had been pulled from the intake cuasing a big vacum leak . After fixing both problems the car runs it has a slighty rough idle, But if you try to drive it will shake and miss and bang and pop. Inital timing is at 13 full advance is at 33, fuel pressure is 40 at idle with vac line off. With the small grey plug pulled (near distrubtor to limit advance) the car really lopes and back fires out the drivers side. No codes have been set, IF any body would like to take a guess it would be greatly apreciated.

The only way you can fix that car would be to take off the radiator cap, and hold it high in the air. Then have somebody drive a Camaro under the radiator cap. Now put the radiator cap on the Camaro. Now you have replaced all the bad parts in the Mustang GT!

If it pops under a load there has to be at least a couple of wires off in the wrong order.

That could be how do you make a firing order if you dont even know what the engine really is. Im more leaning towards ignition component failure, Im just at a loss.
