I have a Raptor and love it. Its really easy to installed and setup and had been working great. Just two switchs that you rotate, one for 1000s and one for 100s. Take 5 seconds to change it.
The problem with Harlan is their customer service sucks. I think their shiftlight might even be a little bit better(more flexable, better looking ?!?)... but if you order a Harlan and a Raptor at the same time you will get your Raptor long before the Harlan even ships. Waiting over a month is not uncommon for Harlan. Raptor ships same/next day.

That was they case not too long ago. And it's not really their, is my.
I was in a fairly large backlog earlier this year, and was traveling for work quite a bit. I'm now back to the posted turn time of a week to get them shipped, and will be shortening that up. Building up stock now.
the instructions on operation of mine are on the web site, FWIW.

Raptor
I have both, and the Raptor is smaller and easier to change the settings on(externally).
They are both good units, and you can't go wrong with either.
