ses light on after hard driving

ses light on after hard driving my ses light come on in my '02 TA while racing a mustang. I felt a slight drop in power the second it came on, but other than that, i don't feel a loss in performance. no noise, idles fine, runs fine. any ideas?
btw, i still beat the mustang!
