Default If SES for Low voltage on Knock Sensor what will do to perf?

My rear KS is going bad, yes I'm replacing it, but right now I'm wondering if it's causing me to have lower power by putting the computer into limp mode. I keep getting the SES light and code Low voltage bank 2 Knock sensor...

Would/will this cause a decrease in power? or what?

I am replacing BOTH just havent had time yet.

I believe the PCM will reduce timing due to the false KR reading.
