Default can i pass emissions?

Well it is emissions testing time and I still don't have cats. I got the codes all deleted so I could pass two years ago. However I just installed a new fuel pump and unpluged the battery while doing so. When I turned the car on the SES light had come back on. I just took it to Checker and I am throwing three codes. One of them is P1153-H02S Insufficient switching bank 2 sensor 1. The other two are the same and are something about the skip shift not working.

Can I pass emissions with these codes being thrown or do I need to find someone with LS1 Edit again?

sensor 1 or either bank 1 or bank 2 is the pre cat o2 sensor. the sensor 2, either bank 1 or bank 2 measure the cats efficiency. you will not loose a reflash in the computer with the battery disconnected.

So if it is sensor 1 then it is the O2 sensors that I actually have. Could it be that I am running rich after the fuel pump install? Would that cause a problem for emissions testing?

Yea, it's one of the o2s you do have. You won't pass emissions with that. Get the o2 problem fixed, clear the code, and you should be good to go.

Damn that is what I was afraid of. I kind of need to pass the computer part since I don't exactly have cats.
