Besides, if you can use a Tech II, you should already know how to use a DVOM and basic electrical troubleshooting. Kinda moot, huh?
Im sorry about this Mr. Dan Stewart but i have to ask why would you be telling everyone not to use a test lamp when General Motors tells you clear as day in 90% of there diagnostic trouble charts to use a TEST LAMP?
