It sound's more like he's the piece of crap that no one should rely on. Just like Firechicken had stated, tuning on the street is great for drivability purpose's and fuel economy, but the dyno is needed for fine tuning the WOT calibration's.

At least the OP knew better to avoid being taken advantage of. It's really sad that there are people who pay someone $500 to rape their PE table just because they own a shop.
