Default noob: flash tuning

so i recently picked up a FAST flash programmer and i am looking to get some insight on what i need to do to start, my mods are in my sig and i do have a wide band...the controllers features are here: http://www.fuelairspark.com/Products...ammer/over.asp

to start will i need to begin to adjust my AF's to get to what number at WOT?
should i up my shift points at all? line pressure?
what timing should i try to run? or should i go as high as i can without getting knock retard?

and should i utilize the performance setting or totally do my own flash?

any help is appreciated..thanks!

Don't think you have control, other than to select the tune you want. The individual tunes are preset.. you choose, you don't change individual parameters..
Want to do that, get EFI Live.

I would like to know also, since I just picked one up. I installed the ''Performance Tune'' and didn't really felt anymore power. The shift firmness is what I really felt. Actually with the Performance Tune, the car will now detonate or make a "Popping" sound out the exhaust.
I don't know, but hopefully someone here will chime in and help.

hopefully your not running too much timing and causing knock :/

so with it can you manually adjust air/fuel/spark?

I didn't mess with the fuel, timing and spark tables, but they are adjustable.
Maybe the "Performance Tune 93" raise the timing a little too much. I am going to try the "Performance Tune" and see if that doesn't do it(knock)
