Default flashing SES, but no codes to show misfire, very RICH

O.K. I've been battling this running fat form my 02 WS6. Now occasionally I get a flashing ses light but no code to refer to. The car is still rich as hell and I've read all threads relating to this , but everyone else had a p 301,302,303etc telling what cylinder was the culprit. Please help!

You have an aftermarket tune? The codes might be turned off or marked no fault found but the light may still come on. Just a thought. Check what your ECT is reading. If it is cold it could be a false rich condition. What are your fuel trims at? That could tell you if it is a true rich or a false lean condition. Both will make it actually rich in the end. g

I do have an tune by a tuner, not sure about it yet but it's been in there longer than the problems of running rich. I did have a freeze frame data log and it shows this
stft1 4.6%
ltft 1 -7.7%
stft2 .07%
ltft2 -5.1%
stft3 10.9%
ltft3 -1.0%
ltft4 59.3% ????
stft4 65.6% ???
Thanks for any input, I'm really confused about the stft 4 and ltft4??? Look way out of whack!!!
