Car bucking and running rich under part throttle?

Car bucking and running rich under part throttle? what could cause my car to run rich(high 9s on WB) and buck under part throttle? I also am seeing high 10s on wot and use to see 11.5.
I havent changed a thing on my car. The only problem I had was a fuel line was leaking and I lost most of my fuel.
My plugs were fouled. I changed them fouled again(only driver side) then put in another set and those ones seemed to last.
Car was fine until fuel line fitting broke?
Could it be 02 sensor? MAF? False KR pulling Timing? I have no clue?
Im changing the plugs again tomorrow.
Any Ideas?

put the car into open loop and see if that helps. If it does, the o2 sensors could be bad.
