He used 2 4.7K resistor in series, so it must have added close enough to 9530 ohms to work.

Now show us the proceedure to reprogram the key value in the BCM. You going to find that on wikipedia.org, too? I doubt it, you do realze wikipedia is just posts like the posters on here, so just because its on there doesn't make it true.

PS By the way that said nothing to bolter your point, it was about various countries that used a decimal point in their numbering systems
