wrong voltage to crank sensor - MAF - MAP etc...

wrong voltage to crank sensor - MAF - MAP etc... I can't remember what else, I got this information from the shop over the phone, weve been diagnosing my (not firing up) problem after the warhawk install, and it seems this is what they came up with.
Its worth mentioning I tried installing an 07 tune on my 08PCM and got a notice from HPTuners that there is a small chance my PCM gets corrupted, does this sound like a corrupted PCM problem?
PCM responds fine when linked to the TechII, and can accept reading and writing frm HPTuners.
Ideas?
