The light has only come on once for me out of the dozens of times it's happened. I guess I'll ask my tuner if he got rid of it or not.

Well my tuner said there is no TM on an M6 pcm, so I guess that's out for good. He doesnt seem to have any idea of what's causing this either...

Well **** I don't know what to think now... It seems obvious from the links you've posted that there is in fact TM, and that link ^^^ describes our problem almost perfectly, but how do I ask someone who says there is no TM... to remove the TM???

in that first link it directly described your problem and it said that you will feel the power loss under WOT.

I would say you need to find a new tuner or have him dig deeper into the program.

Exactly what I'm thinking. Mike seems like a pretty cool guy and he's a great tuner so I really don't want to go to someone else. Anyone know how/where to find TM in the pcm on an M6? I read on another forum that there is an additional table mentioned as "Torque Reduction vs Torque vs Shift"... Maybe if I get some factual info to Mike he will reconsider.

Well, there is engine torque management, but that shouldn't be a problem on a stock internals car.
I assume the TM for a M6 car is in the same place as it is for an auto, but I don't have an m6 file to look at.
