programming ecm for ls conversion

programming ecm for ls conversion How does one program a ECM.
If i have made a ls1 swap and need to program the ecm from the original 98camaro with 4l60e to drive with a 700tranny for instance
such as: VATS removal, emissions equipment removal (whatever one doesn’t need or are not using on a swap such as: EGR, catalytic converters, A.I.R. pump, rear O2 sensors, fuel tank pressure, EVAP, etc.),
I have a tech 2 but thats about it. What else will i need?
