ASA reflash

ASA reflash Hey I own a tech2 and hptuners and thought it would be cool to enable a pit speed limiter (or valet switch) if it was possible to do a flash on the PCM.
First is this even a possibilty to do a flash on the PCM with the ASA programming that allows this? If so I guess I would have to ask what vin would I enter for downloading it into the SPS.
Second, if it is in fact possible, what pin needs to be grounded to enable the limiter and beyond that is this anything that would be modified via HPTuners?
If it isnt possible then oh well but if it is then it would be a cool little feature I could set up into the car.

any info on flashing this? I know its available via EFIlive and I know its just a version of this but is there anything possible with the equipment I have? HpTuners doesnt have this available as a flash so Id be down to the Tech2 SPS. If that isnt available then Im out of luck I suppose.
