I have a "reverse" question............... I've looked through the lists of codes that the PCM will pop up when there's an issue. I can't find what I'm looking for and I'm sure alot of you know right off the top of your heads.
If the MAF fails completely.....what code number is that?
I see 101, 102, 103 codes, ....but is there one for a 100% FAILED MAF?

No, no problems other than low power throughout rpm range and stumbling while taking off from stop and while accelerating from a rolling steady speed.

a few weeks ago my car was ideling at about 400 (and really rough) when rolling to a stop but was fine at idle. I didn't even have any codes but all was well when I changed the maf.....Not really sure if that helps you but I thought it may be relevant.
