Default Tuning problem

So I received a superchips cortex programmer as a present the other day. I went to upload a quick tune and the programmer told me "VEHICLE RESPONSE IS INCORRECT". I called Superchips and they told me it was becasue I was running an aftermarket MAF sensor. I'd like to get another programmer but I want to make sure this is not going to happen again. Can anyone help or give any suggestions as to which I should go with or which I should steer clear of?

Thanks.

Here's what I have:

1999 T/A w/ 6.0L LQ9
SLP MAF
SLP Loudmouth Catback
SLP CAI
Fast Toys SLP CAI Upgrade

Anyone have an idea of if the MAF would cause this problem or is it something else?

Does anyone have a suggestion as to why i would get that error? No point in spending the money if I am going to run into the same problem with the next programmer. Need to get the problem fixed first.
