Weird Idle

Weird Idle I had my car idling for a long time the other day while a buddy and I were talking shop. We noticed that every couple of minutes the idle speed dropped from 700 to 500 and then recovered. It kinda sounded like it got loaded up for a second.
I did have the battery disconnected just before this period of idle.. (I was working on some electrical stuff...)
Could this just be the IAC going through its learn process?
Or is something else going on?
