codes?
how to get rid of them? and what do about them? the car is a 2000 Z28 auto.
the codes are 1. system running to lean in bank 1
2. cyclindar number 2 misfiring
car has 72XXX miles on it
mods: are mac headers and y-pipe no cats (with mil elimators)
msd wires and TR6 plugs just installed with headers about 2 weeks ago.
fipk k&n (it removes the stock air box)

I would think that your HPPIII is making your car run lean so try it w/o it and see if the lean condition continues. Cylinder #2 is the front passenger side. Check the plug and wire to see what caused the missfire. Since you are running TR6's(35 gap I think) you may need to change to TR55's(55 or 50 gap). Unless you are shooting juice to your engine I do not think that the gap should be that small. Also you may have an exhaust leak getting to your O2 causing it to give a false lean condition, check all of the header connections. Your motor may be trying to compensate for the lean condition by sending more fuel and thus causing the misfire, just a theory though.
