Update for everyone interested:
Took the car to a shop to get looked at as we still couldnt figure it out. Turns out that the o2 extensions we bought (twice) from Casper Electronics were wired wrong(both sets), I never thought to check them. Wired them correctly car works great, no problems as of yet after 2 weeks of driving miss daisy and beating on it.

Yea I know. NOTHING against Casper though, **** happens, just sucks it took almost a year of head scratching.

Oh boy thats great to know. I just ordered a set. I'll keep this in mind if i have problems

Ours were ordered almost a year ago, so IF they still are having issues then something is really wrong.
