Hey, so my brother in law came over and helped me download the drivers for my hptuners... turns out the usb cable itself had its own drivers completely seperate from HPtuners drivers. Anyway, i can get it to scan, but i can't get it to read my VCM or write to it. When i select to read the VCM, the stepd get to where it says "preparring VCM" then it fails. Anyone else have this problem or know how i can fix it? Thanks

 

I had the same problem about a year ago using Vista. I think I went to the web site and downloaded the latest drivers. Long time ago but pretty sure that was the fix.

 

Go to HPTuners site, they'll get you straight the fastest.
