Robert,
You are the recognized expert on the VHP Tuner so I would like your advice.
My vehicle is a stock 04 Corvette A4 Coupe with a Blackwing intake and Magnaflow catback.
I am currently using these settings with my tuner:
Cooling Fan = 190 deg.
Fuel Enrichment = 0
Spark Curve = 0
Engine Tune = CAM #1
Trans Shift = Performance
Trans Firmness = Performance

It seems to run very strong but I get a little engine knock for a couple of seconds at WOT. Is it recommended that I use +10 Fuel Enrichment to eliminate that knock or a entirely different setting?

Thanks,
Steve

you can try that to see if it removes the knock. if it doesn't then reduce the spark curve 10%.

i see you're using cam #1 with a stock cam. does it run better using cam #1 versus using hi perf/stock cam?

Thanks for your quick reply!!!
I'm using Cam #1 because it was recommended to me by another forum member and he stated that he had used that setting and confirmed with Vinci.
I've used Hi Perf/Stock Cam with both Spark Curve & Fuel Enrichment at +10 and it knocked slightly as well but pulled pretty hard. I then used Hi Perf/Stock Cam by itself and no knocking but now I'm experimenting trying to find the best results. I'm hoping you can steer me the right direction with your experience and me avoiding doing some damage to my car with settings I shouldn't try.
Thanks

i know this is an old thread but I have had one in my 2000 Z28 cause i changes the gears and needed it. I thought it was awesome tho, not too sure about performance wise but it was really fun to tinker with and if you had a Crane cam im sure it would be amazing.
any way my car was recently totaled and long story short need to sell mine. its in returned to stock like new condition. please help a fellow fbody enthusiast down on his luck and if you know anyone who "needs" one please pass along the word
my email is matthew.raducha@knight.ucf.edu
Thanks Guys!
