Need a .bin Dont have license yet

Alright I read the sticky and tried to get to the HP tuners site to get a base map. I am using someone else HP tuners and laptop and I don't have there info avail. Just wondering if there is a way to get a base map before I get my license for my car as I wont be able to do that till the day I dyno and I want to be able to start the car before that to be sure everything is running correctly.

Mods if it can be done:
Tune is going to be SD '01 M6 Car
Walbro 255 in tank
60lb/hr injectors
GM 3 Bar Map
12 bolt with 3.73
02 z06 cam
Comp 928 springs (7.425 PR)
Stock 243 heads
Will have Meth Inj.
NGK one step colder plugs, dont remember the number right off

Just need the car to start and maybe drive (NO BOOST) to the shop without fouling plugs if poss.

So do I need to hook the computer up and read the car and generate a .bin for my car and let someone modify it for the new mods? Kind of new to this and can I do that without having the license already?

You can pull a tune out of the tune repository and open it and look at it, but you cannot save anything to your tune without it being licensed.

alright, I think I understand, so how do I access the tune repository? And I cant even flash one of those tunes without the license right?

You can't flash anything without a license. Plus you don't want to flash a tune from the repository to your car. Never know what might happen. You only want to compare one file to another.
