SES light and car sputters
Your MAF is the next big contributor to fueling. Try checking it and cleaning it with some MAF cleaner.
If your fuel filter became plugged then you should be able to tell with a fuel pressure gauge on the rail. Hook it up and see if your pressure is 58 psi. Rev the car up and see if it drops more then just a few PSI.
If everything checks out, we may want to start looking at ignition....changing plugs and wires, etc...
I would also hook your two O2 sensors up again. Clearly, they aren't the problem.
