I am looking for (preferably) an '04 CTS-V .bin file with stock injector flow data.

I am swapping to an LS6 intake from a CTS-V and would like to just update the necessary tables with the stock CTS-V data if possible.

Didnt find anything in the HPTuners repository.

Yeah. I am using the CTS-V fuel rail/injectors/intake with the truck TB.

I have it running and it seems fine with no change to the tune, but if possible would like to update the ECM with OEM injector data.

There's one in the HPTuners repository...just search for 2004 Cadillac and leave all the other fields blank, it was uploaded by Wait4Me.
