What is the actual P---- code?
Usually, the most common code after a cam install is P0300 random multiple misfire....which you will need tuning to eliminate.
If you are throwing speed sensor codes after a cam install, then I would say it is unrelated to the cam.....unless you did some other work while the car was down.

I don't know why this light would come on after a cam install. Did you flash the PCM with a different OS for the cam tune? MAFless running, something like that?
I'm not very familiar with this code. If it comes form the ABS system (which I think it does) you may want to try cleaning the wheel speed sensors at all 4 points. It isn't uncommon for brake dust and crud to build up on them and goober the signal, or for one to get knocked out of place.
