Dyno Tuning in the STL, Mo area?
I have a Westers Custom tuned ECM in my truck now. But I hear that dyno tuning is the way to go. Does anyone know of any shops in the St. Louis, MO area that does this type of work. Thanks.

Might try MCG (Keith McCord), I've heard some good reviews about his tuning. I'm sure as with everything though, there's good and bad with them all.
You should be able to find him (or a link to him) at www.mogmhp.com .

I would 2nd on Keith. The MO GM HP board was shut down a few weeks back, so you will have to find alternate means.
I have all the equipment, but still working through the knowledge part before I find any gunnie pigs

I wouldn't let Keith Mccord touch my car with a 10 foot pole. He also doesn't use a dyno for his tuning purposes. Maybe you should look at what the Quick Cars in St. Louis are using for tuning. There are heads, cam spray cars tuned by Mccord running 12's!
Give Raging Motorsports a call, best tuning in the midwest.

He uses a Wideband on the street. Some will argue that this is a better method. Heck, even LPE does some street tuning.

Dyno tuning is only as good as the tuner. Most dynos can not replicate the real world loads that the vehicle will see in actual street conditions. Wideband on the street or the track is the best you can do.
You can find Keith McCord (MCG) on http://www.autotechforums.com
Keith is a very good tuner and has tuned a large number of cars with good results.
