Who can do a pcm exhange? Hey I'm looking into getting a mailorder tune for my car possibly. I would get a frost tune, but I can't have my car sitting for a few days because it's my daily. So who does a exchange program where they send me a tuned pcm and then I send them back mine and get a deposit? Also how about a hand held tuner? Or is that worthless?
