Default '98 PCM with 85mm MAF???

Can I add a Delphi 85mm MAF to my Fast 90/90 with my '98 Z28? Someone told me that the '98 PCM's can't handle it. I found this using the "search."

Thanks

Shoud be no reason why the PCM could not "handle" it. With the greater airflow, you may want to have some nit pick tuning done.

+3, I have a 98 W/ 85mm & ported LS6, no trouble @ all. Just make sure that the MAF table is updated to the 85mm MAF. Will say that the tuner must interpolate the top end of the table. Table peaks @ 11250 HZ; so, generally the highest 3 or 4 table variables up to 11250 HZ are averaged for the measured flow.

We have run that 100mm throttle body from lpe just fine on a 1998 also. As long as you set the tables, you are good.
