Hey everyone looking for an awnser to a problem im having. I have a 98 Trans am i did a motor swap in the car ever since ive been having problems.When I turn the key on the fuel pump wont prime all the grounds are good on the car.I got the car running with a code scanner plugged into the OBDII port but when i unplugged the scanner the car died when it ran out of fuel...basiclly the fuel pump wont work without a scanner plugged in. can someone awnser why this maybe. I have a feeling its got something to do with the computer.... Thanks
