somehow i just got carried away with some trans tuning and now my car's overdrive engages a little over 55mph and it use to be about 40ish

Of course there is, your part throttle shift MPH vs TPS and
the TCC lockup tables. MPH can be pushed around by system
rear end gear settings too.
If you save tune files you can use the compare feature with
present and last-known-good tune and see exactly what's
changed.
